We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of our services without notice or liability.
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend that you listen to your body, exercise within your limits, and stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness, or discomfort. deepquantorium and its trainers are not liable for any injuries or health issues that may result from your participation in our programmes.
All content and materials available through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, software, and workout programmes, are the property of deepquantorium or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our express written permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
